Gut Health and Immunity


Now more than ever we are looking at ways to establish healthy self-care routines. An excellent way to invest in our bodies is via proper nutrition. We can nourish and love our bodies by eating wholesome, delicious, organic wholefoods. We all know how important it is to keep our immune system strong and healthy. The best way to do this is by supporting our gut health because 80% of our immune system is in our gut. Our gut should be producing 90% of serotonin, the feel good hormone. However this can be hindered due to poor diet, malabsorption and chemical overload in our system.


So what is the solution? We need to ‘Detoxify and Replenish.’ We can do this by consuming high amounts of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals in the form of fresh organic fruit and vegetables in their whole state. We can drink delicious raw juices and we can enjoy them in the form of smoothies. This will boost our immune system greatly keeping us healthy and in good stead because what we eat today we live and breathe tomorrow.
